What is our shipping Policy? 

All in-stock orders ship within 5 business days after payment processing. Specialty items that are made-to-order have longer processing times, such as 10 days. These items are noted under product details on their product pages.

 

We offer First Class Mail shipping services via the United States Postal Service throughout the United States and Canada. We currently do not offer international shipping. Upon shipping, an email with tracking information will be sent to the address provided during checkout.

We ship standard USPS rates at $3.95 within the USA and $10.95 within the Canadian provinces. Orders are charged for immediate payment during checkout. Please be sure to verify all necessary shipping information during checkout to ensure of proper delivery.

After your package has left our nest, it becomes property of the United States Postal Service. For any lost or stolen packages, submit all claims to the United States Postal Service. If you need further assistance with your postal claims, we will be happy to help in any way. Should your package arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.
 

 

What is our Return Policy? 

We accept products purchased from thefinchbook for store credit only.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and packaging included. Once your items are received and approved for return, we will issue store credit via the email provided at the time of your purchase. You have 14 days from the day your items are delivered to return them for store credit. We do not offer exchanges. 

Please note all final sale items are not eligible for store credit. Sale items purchased, including items purchased with a discount or promo code, are not eligible for store credit.

In rare cases, popular items might sell out too quickly. Should an item purchased become sold out prior to shipping, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment used during checkout.


 

Is it easy to return items?

Yes! To start a return, please email us at finch@thefinchbook.com.

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive instructions on how to return the merchandise. 
Remember, you have 14 days from the day your items are delivered to return them for store credit.

 

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

Once your items are inspected by our flock, you will receive your store credit notification
via email within 5-7 business days.
